The home of Neal's Yard Remedies in Bath

In 2023 our shop transitioned from being a franchise of Neal’s Yard Remedies to becoming an independent shop.

What does this mean? Well, we are still a family run, local business and we continue to carry the original ethos of Neal’s Yard Remedies by selling the full range of NYR products including dispensing herbs and tinctures and giving you the connection and customer service you have always enjoyed here in Bath.

As we are now independent we are able to stock other products that keep in line with our ethos. For example we now have the organic makeup brand INIKA which has proven to be incredibly popular.

Our therapy rooms are continuing to grow and will go on looking after your wellbeing. Watch this space for some exciting new therapists joining the team. We are very excited to be able to extend our retail business to online as well as our beautiful shop. Look out for our new online shop and website coming soon.

About Us

Bath Natural Remedies is co-owned by three natural health practitioners. Elizabeth Season an Australian-trained Naturopath, Jon Huxley is an Acupuncturist and Amanda Lewis Starks, a Medical Herbalist. We opened our shop at No. 7 Northumberland Place in 2001 after working for Neal’s Yard Remedies in London and Bristol for many years.

In September 2014 we moved a few doors up the street to larger premises giving us five therapy rooms and a busy new shop.

We are all dedicated to ensuring that natural healthcare remains a viable choice for all and became involved with Neal’s Yard Remedies, originally, for this reason. Our aim is for the Shop and Natural Therapy Rooms to be a place that people find welcoming, helpful and inspiring.
