1. Eligibility:
   1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Bath Natural Remedies and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2. Entry Requirements:
   1. To enter the competition, participants must like the giveaway post on the Bath Natural Remedies Instagram account, follow the Bath Natural Remedies Instagram account and tag someone in the giveaway post comments on the Bath Natural Remedies Instagram account.
   2. Only one entry will be accepted per person per platform. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3. Competition Period:
   1. The competition opens on 5th September 2024 and closes on 30th September 2024. Any entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
4. Prizes:
   1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Instagram.
   2. The prize is as follows: £146 worth of products from Neal’s Yard Remedies/Nourish/INIKA. We will choose popular products from our range, but the winner will have the option of swapping items for an equivalent value item or items if they have a preference and their preferred products are in stock in our shop. Any substitutions must be agreed within 30 days of the prize being won. 
   3. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability. Bath Natural Remedies reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Winner Announcement:
   1. The winner will be announced on 2nd October 2024 on the Bath Natural Remedies Instagram account.
   2. The winner will be notified via direct message on the respective platforms and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, another winner will be selected.
6. Publicity:
   1. By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
7. General Conditions:
   1. Bath Natural Remedies reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Bath Natural Remedies’ control.
   2. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Bath Natural Remedies.
8. Facebook and Instagram Disclaimer:
   1. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Participants are providing their information to Bath Natural Remedies and not to Facebook or Instagram.
