EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

Rather than using needles, EFT uses fingertip tapping on meridian endpoints — the body’s energetic superhighways — while talking through emotions, memories, or challenges.

Developed by Gary Craig in the 1990s and backed by researchers like Dr. Peta Stapleton, EFT is a powerful therapeutic tool based on the idea that emotional distress disrupts the body’s energy system — the same system mapped thousands of years ago in acupuncture.

This somatic-cognitive pairing does two things:
It sends calming signals directly to the amygdala (the brain’s fear center), helping to lower the fight-flight-freeze response.
It disrupts and re-patterns the emotional memory, allowing your body and mind to create new, healthier neural pathways.
