If you have mobility issues do let us know before you book, so we can be sure we can meet your requirements. All our therapy rooms are upstairs but we do offer chair massage on the shop floor and home visits if you live locally.
Our excellent shop staff manage reception and bookings. Many are practitioners themselves, and all have completed trainings in the use of natural remedies and the skincare products.
Please note all appointment lengths quoted will include time to get changed and notes to be taken if needed.
Need help deciding which practitioner is right for you?
We know it can be difficult to choose what therapy is you need and even trickier to find the most suitable practitioner.
Even if someone is an experienced therapist they may not be right for you.
Do talk to our staff about what you need and arrange to have a free chat with a practitioner first if you are still not sure.
Prices
Prices below are just to give a general idea.
Acupuncture
First appt – £70 for 45 – 60 mins; Follow ups £55 for 45 mins
Aromatherapy
First appt £70 for an hour
Facial Treatments
Usually £70 for an hour
Massage/ Reflexology / Indian Head Massage /Shiatsu
£65 for 60 min session that includes getting changed so about 50 mins on table.
Nutrition
Packages from £185 – £650
Food Sensitivity Testing £150
Herbs/Homeopathy/Ayurveda
£60 to £90 for initial appointment depending on practitioner.
Payment
Most of our practitioners request payment in advance for your first appointment only.
If you book on line your card details will be taken, but the payment will not be applied until you have the treatment and then it can be paid via the Fresha app or directly to the therapist.
However if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not show up your card will be charged the cancellation/no show fee.
Therapies can be paid for by cash, cheque, credit/debit card or Gift Vouchers.

Bath Natural Remedies Gift Cards can be purchased over the counter and for any amount from £10.00 up to £250.00
Cancellation Policy for Bath Natural Remedies
50% of fee is charged for cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice and 100% for no shows.
