Mother’s Massage Oil: Warm a few drops in your hands and then massage into skin using a circular motion.Mother’s Bath Oil: Add a tablespoon under warm running water and swirl to disperse. Sink in, relax and enjoy. Use as often as desired both before and after pregnancy. Each bottle should be enough for 6-8 baths. Mother’s Balm: Warm a small amount of balm in your hands and gently massage into skin, avoiding the nipple area. Apply morning and evening during and after pregnancy. For best results apply twice daily.
