STEP 1: SHAKE - Shake well before use. STEP 2: APPLY - Apply at least 20 minutes before sun exposure to your face, body and limbs, taking care around the delicate eye area. Use 30ml to cover the whole of an adult body. STEP 3: TAP - Encourage a smooth and even application by gently tapping the skin. STEP 4: RE-APPLY - Maintain protection by re-applying frequently and always after swimming or playing sport. To maintain protection against mosquitoes, reapply every 4 hours.
