Apply a grape-sized portion every evening 20 minutes before bed, simply rub it on the bottoms of your feet and into your calves. For young children apply a pea sized amount only and often just the feet is enough. For migraines, apply to the head an neck as the migraine is coming on. For anxiety, apply to your heartspace as needed. Ensure to avoid the face, delicate skin and any broken skin areas due to the high concentration of magnesium salt in our product.
