We specialise in organic and natural beauty products. We offer a wide variety of products both online and in our physical shop.

We offer a variety of natural bath and body products for sale, including but not limited to bath salts, essential oils, soaps, and skincare items. All products listed on our website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Please note that while we make every effort to accurately display product details, including descriptions, ingredients, and pricing, errors may occur. If a product’s price or description is incorrect, we will inform you and provide an option to proceed with the order or cancel it.

– Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please follow the guidelines below:

To be eligible for a return, you need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

– Returns: You may return unopened, unused, non-medicinal products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items due to health and hygiene regulations. We cannot exchange or refund any medicinal products.

– Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange an exchange or refund.

Gift Cards

• Gift Cards are issued by and remain the property of Bath Natural Remedies Limited (“Bath Natural Remedies”)
• Use of the Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.
• Gift Cards can only be redeemed in Bath Natural Remedies,  11  Northumberland Place, BATH, BA1 5AR for full or part payment of products or therapies.
• Gift Cards are not accepted by Neal’s Yard Remedies, NYR Organic home consultants, other Neal’s Yard Remedies Heritage Partners, or in other Neal’s Yard Remedies stockists.
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for gift vouchers or Gift Cards, delivery or gift wrap.
• Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from date of purchase. Bath Natural Remedies will not refund any balance remaining after the expiry of 24 months, and the Gift Card will be invalidated.
• Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, exchanged for cash or used to buy another Gift Card. No change will be given.
• Gift Cards can be purchased in Bath Natural Remedies shops with a minimum value of £10 and a maximum value of £250.
• All product returns will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy. Any refunds for returned items that were purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded to a Gift Card where possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Bath Natural Remedies will not accept liability if the Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged.
• Bath Natural Remedies reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card that has been tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
• Bath Natural Remedies reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Bath Natural Remedies will post any material changes to these terms and conditions on their website.

Therapy Rooms

• Therapies

• Unless otherwise stated, practitioners are self‐employed, independent third parties who are fully qualified and insured.
• Please be aware that some of your therapy time may involve a consultation, especially if it is your first appointment. The practitioner will then be able to tailor the treatment according to your specific needs. Please ensure you book more time if needed.
• It’s important to note that the style of treatments may vary depending on the practitioner, please speak to your practitioner if you have any questions.
• Therapy availability times and prices may vary, please check with your chosen therapy room and/or practitioner for up to date details.
• Please notify your practitioner or chosen therapy room prior to booking if you have any specific requirements (for example, an impairment, disability and or access issues)so that suitable arrangements can be made if possible. 

• Payments

• Payment to be made to the store by card, gift card, or by cash.
• Initial appointment needs to be paid for in advance via the shop. Subsequent appointments can also be paid for via the shop or directly to the therapist.
• Some medicines, tests and additional extras may apply.

• During your Treatment

• Please note, it’s your responsibility to advise the practitioner of anything which may affect your treatment, including but not limited to whether you have any illnesses, medical conditions, injuries, on any medication, if you are pregnant or have any allergies which you are aware of, as this may affect your suitability for treatment. The practitioner also reserves the right to refuse you treatment if you appear to be under the influence of drink or drugs.
• Where treatment is available to those under the age of 18, a disclaimer will be required from the minor’s parent or guardian prior to the commencement of treatment. The parent or guardian must also accompany the minor on their first appointment.
• For reasons of safety and in order to enhance the treatment experience for others, unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate anyone under the age of 18 in our therapy rooms, except those under 18 who are having treatment. You are kindly asked to refrain from booking or make appropriate arrangements prior to booking your appointment.
• The practitioner reserves the right to remove you from your treatment or from the premises at any time if they believe you to be: disruptive, cause unnecessary inconvenience, deliberately damage property, or if you put anyone in any risk or fear of harm. If you are removed for any reason, your booking will be treated as cancelled and you will be liable for full cancellation charges and any costs and expenses which have been incurred as a result. If any of these circumstances occur, the practitioner and Bath Natural Remedies will not be liable for any refund or compensation or any costs or expenses you incur.

• Amendments and Cancellations
  

• If you want to amend your booking you must contact the shop (01225 466 0944)  or your practitioner as soon as possible to rearrange. 
• If you have booked via Fresha you can change it via the app or website. 
• Please note, there is a 48‐hour cancellation notice for all treatments. 
  • If treatments are cancelled with less than this notice period you will be charged 50% of the  treatment cost.
  • If you do not show up for your treatment you will be charged the full fee.

1. Discount
   

• You will receive 10% discount on NYR products in store after your treatment. Only valid on the day of the treatment. 
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. If your therapy is cancelled or declined for whatever reason, you will no longer be entitled to the offer.

Customers will be given the gift set when they spend £100+, or a separate gift set when they spend £150+ . No cash, other alternatives or exchanges. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Gift set offered may change. The gift offer is available upon purchases of Neal’s Yard Remedies products at Bath Natural Remedies only, and not available, for example (but without limitation), upon purchases of Therapies or gift certificates. Refunds on purchases that contain the gift set with purchase will only be issued if the free gifts are also returned in their original condition and packaging. Products purchased during the promotion may be exchanged, provided the free gift set is also returned and provided that if the exchange is requested after the expiry of the offer, a replacement gift will not be provided along with the replacement product.
