Apply evenly to all skin areas immediately before sun exposure and re-apply as needed to maintain protection, especially after swimming or towelling. Be aware that applying sparingly can reduce the level of protection. Be sun-safe and avoid prolonged sun exposure by seeking the shade between 11am and 3pm and wear a hat, sunglasses and light clothing for additional protection. Take special care with young children and do not expose babies under 6 months to direct sunlight.
